a. “Platform” refers to the online multi-vendor platform provided by us, where vendors can create and manage their stores to sell products or services.
b. “Vendor” refers to an individual or entity that creates a store on the Platform to sell products or services.
2. Use of the Platform
a. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to access or use the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
b. License: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform for the purpose of buying or selling products or services.
c. Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Platform, including but not limited to laws regarding intellectual property rights, taxation, and consumer protection.
3. Vendor Accounts
a. Store Creation: Vendors may be required to create an account and set up a store on the Platform to sell products or services. Vendors agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
b. Store Management: Vendors are responsible for managing their stores, including but not limited to listing (digital) products or services, setting prices, processing orders, and providing customer service.
4. Transactions
a. Payment Processing: We may provide payment processing services through third-party payment processors. By making or receiving payments through the Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the applicable payment processor.
b. Fees: We may charge fees for certain services provided through the Platform, such as transaction fees or subscription fees for vendor accounts. Any applicable fees will be disclosed to you before you use the relevant services.
5. Content
a. Ownership: All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is owned by or licensed to us or our vendors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
b. User Content: Vendors may submit or post content, such as product listings or store descriptions, on the Platform (“User Content”). By submitting or posting User Content, vendors grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in any form, media, or technology.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By accessing or using the Platform, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to and use of the Platform at any time and for any reason without notice.
8. Changes to the Terms
